Project Based Vouchers
The Quincy Housing Authority administers Project Based Vouchers for two sites in Quincy: Frederick Ball Apartments and Country Club Heights. These are essentially Section 8 vouchers that are used only for housing at the two locations. The voucher cannot be used at any other location. Eligibility is the same as the regular Section 8 program.
Frederick Ball Apartments
Frederick Ball Apartments offers all the warmth and conveniences of community living, featuring 65 completely remodeled and newly-built apartments in an seven building layout and comprised of 21 one-bedroom, 27 two-bedroom, 15 three-bedroom and 2 four-bedroom layouts.
Residents may enjoy a variety of community amenities and recreational opportunities, including a community room, on-site management, basketball court, exercise room, community garden, and a playground surrounded by beautiful new landscaping and green spaces.
Country Club Heights
Country Club Heights Apartments offer apartments and town homes in a convenient location. Their community features utilities included in rent, on site laundry, 24 hour maintenance, a swimming pool, and a playground.
Additional amenities include spacious kitchens, dishwashers and garbage disposals, and washer and dryer hookups.
