QHA offers a variety of programs including public housing, Section 8 housing, and project-based voucher housing. We strive to provide affordable housing in secure environments while maintaining a high level of service for our residents.

Public Housing Amenities
Quincy Housing Authority works hard to provide competitive amenities at it’s properties, including rent based on income, subsidized utilities, laundry facilities on site, playground and basketball court, community room/after school program activities, pets permitted, pest control, trash disposal, on-site security and on-site parking.
